Event organisers can now exercise different levels of restrictions for each panel when sharing access with event collaborators.
To manage panel access, go to 3. Run your event in your Pigeonhole and click on the section Manage Access with Event Collaborators. Then, select the access level for each panel using the drop-down menu and share the link with your event collaborators.
If you select the option Anyone with this link, anyone with the link to the respective panel will be able to access and manage the panel. This option does not require authentication and thus can be accessed by anyone who is not a member of your Workspace.
If you select the option Workspace members only, the link to the panels will only be accessible to members of your Team Workspace. When this option is selected, Team Members will be prompted to sign-in using their Workspace credentials to access the panel upon clicking on the link.
For Enterprise users, changes in panel access settings and sign-ins for each panel will be recorded in the Audit Logs.
Welcome the Year of the Rat with our 2020 Lunar New Year theme!
This year's design features a lattice pattern inspired by Chinese wood lattice panels. Can you spot the animal of the year hidden in the lattice? The theme also includes a fun feature on the Audience Web App: vote buttons are replaced with a coin –symbolising good fortune– once they've been clicked.
Check out the theme in your Workspace now!
Wishing you an abundance of prosperity, health, and happiness this Lunar New Year!
Note: This seasonal theme will be available up to 8th February 2020.
If you have several announcements to send during your event, you can create and save your announcements ahead of the event and send them out on the event day.
All saved announcements will remain in the saved tab even after you have sent them, so you can resend them as many times as you like throughout the duration of your Pigeonhole.
Welcome the holiday season with our 2019 Happy Holidays theme. Use it now for your next event!
1. Numeric Scale
The numeric scale question type mimics the Likert scale, making it easy to get quick ratings from your audience. You can customise the scale labels and scale range with whole numbers from 1-10.
The best part about this question type is the dynamic results charts that are reflected on the projector panel as the votes come in.
2. Draggable Scale
The draggable scale question type functions similarly to the numeric scale but with a larger scale range (from 1-100) and allows your audience to drag the scale to their desired number for added interactivity.
3. Icon Scale
Choose between icons of hearts, stars, checks, and thumbs up to get your audience feedback with a visually impactful format.
Swanky new look, power-packed content.
