In light of COVID-19, we know that many of you are starting to conducting your meetings and events online.
To support you in running quality meetings and webinars without compromising on audience engagement, we’ve been working hard to bring you new integrations with your favourite meeting platforms. We’ve just launched new integrations with: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Socialive, BlueJeans and ON24.
To do our part for the community, we’ve also decided to make all our new and existing video integrations available to all Pigeonholes at no additional cost up to 30th June 2020. Now, you can seamlessly engage your virtual audience using your preferred meeting platforms and Pigeonhole Live.
When setting up individual sessions in your Pigeonhole, you can completely customise the default session label and button text for interactive sessions. You can also add clickable links to the call-to-action buttons and customise the button text for Regular sessions.

Now you can integrate Zoom Meeting and Video Webinars to Pigeonhole Live to give your attendees a seamless audience engagement experience.
By adding Zoom videos to the Audience Web App, your virtual attendees can submit and vote on questions without missing a beat on the virtual presentation. Only applicable to Q&A and Regular sessions.
This integration is currently in beta. As such, it will be available in all Pigeonholes, including Basic Pigeonholes until 30th June 2020, after which it will be only available to paid Pigeonholes.
To commemorate International Women's Day, we've released a new theme that celebrates the diversity of women in the workforce. The theme's design features women of different ethnicities, backgrounds, and cultures. Let's make meaningful conversations about diversity, inclusivity, and equity happen!
To apply the themes to your Pigeonhole, go to your Pigeonhole> More Settings> Appearance. Select the International Women’s Day theme and click Save.
With Admin Replies, you can send direct replies from the Admin Panel to questions that have not been approved - only the attendee who asked a question will be able to view the reply. The reply will appear in a pop-up chat on the Audience Web App.
Admin Replies is ideal for situations where an attendee asks a question or makes a comment that is unrelated to the ongoing discussion – it allows you to address the attendee's questions without disrupting the conversation thread that is taking place in the Q&A session.
This feature is available on Engage Pigeonholes and above.
Event organisers can now exercise different levels of restrictions for each panel when sharing access with event collaborators.
To manage panel access, go to 3. Run your event in your Pigeonhole and click on the section Manage Access with Event Collaborators. Then, select the access level for each panel using the drop-down menu and share the link with your event collaborators.
If you select the option Anyone with this link, anyone with the link to the respective panel will be able to access and manage the panel. This option does not require authentication and thus can be accessed by anyone who is not a member of your Workspace.
If you select the option Workspace members only, the link to the panels will only be accessible to members of your Team Workspace. When this option is selected, Team Members will be prompted to sign-in using their Workspace credentials to access the panel upon clicking on the link.
For Enterprise users, changes in panel access settings and sign-ins for each panel will be recorded in the Audit Logs.
