Event organisers can now exercise different levels of restrictions for each panel when sharing access with event collaborators.
To manage panel access, go to 3. Run your event in your Pigeonhole and click on the section Manage Access with Event Collaborators. Then, select the access level for each panel using the drop-down menu and share the link with your event collaborators.
If you select the option Anyone with this link, anyone with the link to the respective panel will be able to access and manage the panel. This option does not require authentication and thus can be accessed by anyone who is not a member of your Workspace.
If you select the option Workspace members only, the link to the panels will only be accessible to members of your Team Workspace. When this option is selected, Team Members will be prompted to sign-in using their Workspace credentials to access the panel upon clicking on the link.
For Enterprise users, changes in panel access settings and sign-ins for each panel will be recorded in the Audit Logs.
